I've always loved things that are aesthetically pleasing. My interest in visual storytelling started with art, but during university, film became a great creative outlet alongside my science-heavy degree. I was often just as captivated by a film's visuals as I was by its story.
I'm far too indecisive to choose a favourite genre, but I especially enjoy films filled with clues and little Easter eggs that reward a rewatch. I particularly like writing about different cultures and how they're represented on screen.
Outside of film, I spend my time reading research papers, making music, and staying active through sports — which is probably why I enjoy switching off with a movie.
